Creating Set Pieces in Money Tracking

To save time, create Set Pieces when entering Payments in Money Tracking! Set Pieces created in Payments automatically populate in the assigned Set in Continuity.

  1. Click Payments in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select your purchase type on the header. For this example, we’ll use P-Cards.
  3. Click the green Create P-Card Envelope button.
  4. Enter your information in the form. Payment number, Vendor, Episode (if a traditional episodic), Tracking Group, and Cost are required fields.
  5. Click Save and Create Set Pieces.
  6. In the Create Set Pieces form, enter the information you want to see in Continuity.
  7. Click Save.
