Logging In With Your EP Account

As part of Entertainment Partners, SyncOnSet integrated into the single sign-on for all EP products. We require an EP account to log in to both our web app and mobile app.

Using your EP Account on the Website

Claim Your EP Account

If you're a registered user with SyncOnSet/AssetHub, you must claim your EP account before you can log in. You only need to do this once. For the smoothest experience, we recommend doing these steps in an incognito Chrome window. To open an incognito window in Chrome, from the Chrome menu, click File then New Incognito Window. After this is complete, subsequent logins follow the steps for Log In With Your EP account.

  1. Click Login on the top right of the SyncOnSet home page.
  2. Click Claim EP Account on the landing page.
  3. Enter your email in the top and bottom boxes, then click Continue.
    1. If you already have an EP account that uses the same email you use for SyncOnSet to access other EP products (such as SmartStart, Scenechronize, or MyEP), click click here on the left. Switch to the instructions in the Link Your Existing EP Account section immediately below (starting with step 3).
  4. On the Accept your invitation to EP page, click Continue.
  5. Enter your email address and click Send. You will be sent an email to the address you entered.
  6. Open the email and click the link to update your EP account. You must open the link in the same browser used when you claimed your account in step 1 in order to be automatically redirected to the login page at the end of the process.
  7. Create a password for your EP account, and confirm it in the second box, then click Submit. The password must be a minimum of 9 characters, and include 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Input your email and click Continue.
  10. Input your new EP password and click Sign In to log in to your My Productions page.
    1. If your account is MFA-enabled, you will be prompted to set up a new MFA token for your EP account. Click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method. Your original SyncOnSet token is no longer valid and should be deleted.
    2. Enter your 6-digit code and click Verify.

If you're a registered user with SyncOnSet and already have a EP account with the same email address that you use to access another EP product, such as SmartTime, SmartStart, or Scenechronize, follow the instructions below to link your existing EP account to your existing SyncOnSet account. You only need to do this once. For the smoothest experience, we recommend doing these steps in an incognito Chrome window. To open an incognito window in Chrome, from the Chrome menu, click File then New Incognito Window. After this is complete, subsequent logins follow the steps for Log In With Your EP account.

Warning: If your SyncOnSet login email is different from your existing EP account, they cannot be linked. You can either have 2 EP accounts (one to log in to SyncOnSet and one for your other EP products) or you can ask the Department Head(s) on your SyncOnSet productions to add your other email address so you can access all products with one email login.

If you choose to have 2 EP accounts, you will need to claim an EP account for the email you’re using for SyncOnSet using the steps above.
  1. Click Login on the top right of the SyncOnSet home page.
  2. Click Log In on the login landing page.
  3. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  4. Enter your EP account password and click Sign In.
  5. You will be sent an email to the address you entered. Open the email and click the link to verify your email and link your EP account. You must open the link in the same browser used when you logged in to your account in step 1 in order to be automatically redirected to the login page at the end of the process.
  6. Go to the new link and click Login.
    1. If your SyncOnSet account is MFA-enabled:
      1. And your existing EP account is not MFA-enabled, you will be prompted to set up a new MFA token for your EP account. Click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method. Your original SyncOnSet token is no longer valid and should be deleted.
      2. And your existing EP account is MFA-enabled, you might be prompted to set up a new MFA. If so, click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method. Your original SyncOnSet token is no longer valid and should be deleted.
      3. Enter your 6-digit code and click Verify.

Log In With Your EP Account

If you have already claimed and/or linked your EP Account with steps above, follow these instructions to log in.

  1. Click Login on the top right of the SyncOnSet home page.
  2. Click Log In on the login landing page.
  3. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  4. Enter your password and click Sign In.
    1. If your account is 2FA/MFA-enabled, enter your 6-digit code and click Verify.
Note: If you've already logged in, your browser cache auto-populates the previously used email address. If you need to log in with a different account, click Use another account to manually enter the email address.

Register for a New SyncOnSet Account

You must register a new SyncOnSet account on the website. If you already have an EP account with the same email address you are registering for SyncOnSet, your EP account will automatically link to your SyncOnSet account.

If you do not yet have an EP account, registering for SyncOnSet will automatically create one.

Warning: When you register a new SyncOnSet account, you are automatically logged in to SyncOnSet. If you are looking to access AssetHub, you must activate your AssetHub account and log in with your credentials at assets.synconset.com.

Register for a SyncOnSet Account Without an Existing EP Account

  1. Click Register at the top of the SyncOnSet home page.
    1. If you accidentally click Login on the home page, click Register here on the login landing page.
  2. Enter your information in all the fields as specified. All fields are required. After this is complete, click Continue.
  3. On the Accept your Invitation to EP page, click Continue.
  4. Enter your email address and click Send. You will be sent an email to the address you entered.
  5. Open the email and click the link to update your EP account. You must open the link in the same browser used when you registered your account.
  6. Create a password for your EP account, and confirm it in the second box. The password must be a minimum of 9 characters, and include 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. Click Submit.
  7. Click Continue on the Congratulations page.
  8. Input your email address and click Continue.
  9. Input your EP password and click Sign In to log in to your My Productions page.
    1. If your SyncOnSet account is MFA-enabled:
      1. You will be prompted to set up a new MFA token for your EP account. Click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method.
      2. Enter your 6-digit code and click Verify.

Register for a SyncOnSet Account With an Existing EP Account

You must register for SyncOnSet with the same email you use for your EP account to automatically link them.

  1. Click Register at the top of the SyncOnSet home page.
    1. If you accidentally click Login on the home page, click Register here on the login landing page.
  2. Enter your information in all the fields as specified. All fields are required. After this is complete, click Continue.
  3. Open the email you are sent and click the link to link your EP account. You must open the link in the same browser used when you registered your account.
  4. Click Login.
  5. Input your email address and click Continue.
  6. Input your EP password and click Sign In to log in to your My Productions page.
    1. If your SyncOnSet account is MFA-enabled:
      1. And your existing EP account is not MFA-enabled, you will be prompted to set up a new MFA token for your EP account. Click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method.
      2. And your existing EP account is MFA-enabled, you might be prompted to set up a new MFA. If so, click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method.
      3. Enter your 6-digit code and click Verify.
