[Mobile] Logging In With Your EP Account

As part of Entertainment Partners, SyncOnSet has been integrated into the single sign-on for all EP products. Starting July 19th 2022, we require an EP account to log in to both our web app and mobile app.

Warning: You must register for a SyncOnSet account, claim your EP Account, or link your Existing EP Account on the website prior to logging in on the mobile app.

Log In With Your EP Account

If you have already claimed and/or linked your EP Account, follow these instructions to log in.

  1. Tap Log in with EP on the login page.
    1. If you've previously logged in, your browser cache auto-populates the previously used email address. If you need to log in with a different account, click Use another account to manually enter the email address.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
  3. Enter your EP password and tap Sign In.
  4. You will then be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication.
    1. If you have not previously set up Multi-Factor Authentication, click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method.
    Note: You will only need to enter your credentials and complete MFA during the initial login. Afterward, you’ll be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN for app verification. Alternatively, you can enable biometrics (Face or Touch ID) for future access.
