[Mobile] Logging In With Your EP Account

As part of Entertainment Partners, SyncOnSet has been integrated into the single sign-on for all EP products. Starting July 19th 2022, we require an EP account to log in to both our web app and mobile app.

Using your EP Account on the Mobile App

Warning: You must register for a SyncOnSet account on the website prior to logging in on the mobile app.

Claim Your EP Account

If you're a registered user with SyncOnSet and do not have an EP account with another product, and you have not yet claimed or linked your account on the web, you must claim your EP account before you can log in. You only need to do this once. After this is complete, subsequent logins follow the steps for Log In With Your EP account.

  1. Tap Link my account to EP.
  2. Enter your email in the top and bottom boxes, then tap Continue.
    1. If you already have an EP account with the same email you use for SyncOnSet, tap tap here to be taken to the EP page, enter your email address, and tap Continue. Skip to step 3 in the Link Your Existing EP Account section below.
  3. On the Accept your Invitation to EP page, tap Continue.
  4. Enter your email address and tap Send.
  5. Go to your email inbox and click the link. You must open the link in the same browser used in step 4.
  6. Create a password for your EP account, and confirm it in the second box. The password must be a minimum of 9 characters, and include 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
  7. Tap Submit. You will receive an email letting you know your password reset was successful.
  8. Go back to the app and tap Log in with EP.
  9. Tap Continue in the pop-up to use ep.com to sign in.
  10. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
  11. Enter your EP password and tap Sign In.
    1. If your account is MFA-enabled, you will be prompted to set up a new MFA. Click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method.
    2. Enter your 6-digit code and tap Verify. Your original SyncOnSet token is no longer valid and should be deleted.
  12. Enter a PIN.
  13. Re-enter the same PIN.
    1. Tap Yes if you'd like to allow a biometric login for future logins. Otherwise, tap No Thanks.

If you're a registered user with SyncOnSet and you also have an EP account with the same email address that you use to access another EP product but have not yet linked your account on the web, and this is the first time you are using the mobile app with the new login process, you must link your EP account before you can log in. You only need to do this once. After this is complete, subsequent logins follow the steps for Log In With Your EP account.

Warning: If your SyncOnSet login email is different from your existing EP account, they cannot be linked. You can either have 2 EP accounts (one to log in to SyncOnSet and one for your other EP products) or you can ask the Department Head(s) on your SyncOnSet productions to add your other email address so you can access all products with one email login.

If you choose to have 2 EP accounts, you will need to claim an EP account for the email you’re using for SyncOnSet using the steps above.
  1. Tap Link my account to EP.
  2. Tap tap here to be taken to the EP sign in page.
  3. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
  4. Enter your EP account password and tap Sign In.
  5. Go to your email inbox, open the email, and click the link to verify your email. You must open the link in the same browser used in steps 3 + 4.
  6. Tap Login on the page. Important: this step of signing in on the mobile browser is what fully links your EP account.
    1. If your account is MFA-enabled, you might be prompted to set up a new MFA. Set up your chosen method, enter your 6-digit code and tap Sign On. Your original SyncOnSet token is no longer valid and should be deleted.
  7. Go back to the app and tap Log in with EP.
  8. Tap Continue in the pop-up to use ep.com to sign in.
  9. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
  10. Enter your EP password and tap Sign In.
    1. If your account is MFA-enabled, enter your 6-digit code and tap Verify.
  11. Enter a PIN.
  12. Re-enter the same PIN.
    1. Tap Yes if you'd like to allow a biometric login for future logins. Otherwise, tap No Thanks.


Log In With Your EP Account

If you have already claimed and/or linked your EP Account with steps above, follow these instructions to log in.

  1. Tap Log in with EP on the login page.
  2. Tap Continue in the pop-up to use ep.com to sign in.
  3. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
  4. Enter your EP password and tap Sign In.
    1. If your account is MFA-enabled, you may be prompted to set up a new MFA. If so, click Start on the Welcome to Entertainment Partners page and set up your chosen method. Your original SyncOnSet token is no longer valid and should be deleted.
    2. Enter your 6-digit code and tap Verify.
  5. Use your biometric login (Face or Touch ID) or enter your PIN.
Note: If you've already logged in, your browser cache auto-populates the previously used email address. If you need to log in with a different account, click Use another account to manually enter the email address.
