Reports Skipping Pages

Sometimes a blank page appears when generating Reports. To resolve this issue, adjust your margins in the Print Preview window to eliminate blank pages.

Pro Tip: If you are printing Reports for a three-ring binder and need extra space to account for hole punches, increase the left margin settings.


Chrome Browser

  1. In the Print Preview window, click the caret to open more settings.
  2. Click the dropdown next to margins and select Custom
  3. Set the margins using your cursor to drag the lines on the preview pane. You can scroll through the document to see if the blank page is eliminated.

Safari Browser

  1. In the Print Preview window, click Show Details to open more settings.
  2. Click the dropdown next to Paper Size and select Manage Custom Sizes.
  3. Adjust the margins in the pop-up.
  4. Click OK.

Firefox Browser 

  1. In the Print Preview window, click Show Details to open more settings.
  2. Click the dropdown next to Paper Size and select Manage Custom Sizes.
  3. Adjust the margins in the pop-up.
  4. Click OK.
