[Mobile] Wrapping Inventory

Costume, Props, and Set Dec are the only departments with access to Inventory and Wrap. For episodics, Wrap Boxes exist across the series and are viewable regardless of which episode(s) you have selected.

Note: Wrap Boxes must be created before Inventory can be added to them. Wrap Boxes can only be created on the SyncOnSet Website.

Wrapping Inventory on the Wrap Box View

You can add Inventory to a Wrap Box directly from the Wrap Box View Page. To access this page, either tap on a Wrap Box on the Wrap Box Index, or Universal Search.

Adding Existing Inventory

To add existing Inventory to a Wrap Box:

  1. Tap the Items Tab
  2. Tap Add Existing Item (Costumes and Props) or Add Existing Set Piece (Set Dec)
  3. Tap the items you'd like to add to the Wrap Box
  4. Tap Confirm

When adding existing Inventory, filter the Inventory by Character Closet (Costumes and Props), Sets (Set Dec), or filter the list by using the search bar to narrow down the list of Inventory.

Creating New Inventory In Wrap Box

To create new Inventory from the Wrap Box View Page:

  1. Tap the Items Tab
  2. Tap Add New Item/Prop/Set Piece
  3. Enter the Item Name (required) and any additional details
  4. Tap Save

The newly created Inventory will automatically be added to the Wrap Box that you're viewing.

Wrapping by Change

To add an entire Costume Change to a Wrap Box:

  1. Tap the Items tab
  2. Tap Add Existing Change
  3. Select the Character and Episode (if working on a Traditional Episodic)
  4. Tap the Changes dropdown and select each Change you'd like to add to the box
  5. Tap Confirm
  6. Tap Add
Note: If you have an item in multiple Changes in the same box, you can only wrap the item with one Change. An Arrow indicates it is wrapped with another Change in the box. Click the Arrow to adjust which Change it is wrapped with.

Wrapping by Set

Set Dec users can add Inventory to a Wrap Box by Set:

  1. Tap the Items Tab
  2. Select a Set from the Set dropdown
  3. Tap each Set Piece that you'd like to add to the Wrap Box
  4. Tap Confirm

Wrapping on the Inventory Index

Inventory can be added to a Wrap Box directly from the Inventory Index. To access this page:

  1. Tap Home on the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap Inventory
  3. Tap the Inventory name
  4. Swipe down and locate Wrap Box
  5. Tap the drop down menu
  6. Select the Wrap Box(es) and tap Confirm
    1. To split the quantity across multiple Wrap Boxes, enter the quantity in the Quantity In Box field in line with each each Wrap Box
  7. Tap Save

Pro tip: To remove an Inventory Item from a Wrap Box, tap the X inline with the Wrap Box.

Removing Inventory from a Wrap Box

To remove Inventory from the Wrap Box View Page:

  1. Tap the Items tab
  2. Tap the Pencil Icon in line with the item
  3. Tap Remove Item From Wrap Box
  4. Tap Remove on the confirmation pop-up

To remove an entire Change from the Wrap Box View Page:

  1. Tap the Items tab
  2. Tap the X in line with the Change
  3. Tap Delete on the confirmation pop-up
