Differences Between Reports

  • Asset Pages Report: Generates a PDF file of the selected Assets using information from the visible columns, showing one Asset per page. Use the Choose Columns button to add or remove information from this report.
  • CSV Report: Generates a CSV file of the selected Assets or Transactions using information from the visible columns. Use the Choose Columns button to add or remove information from this report.
  • PDF Report: A more compact and printer-friendly version of the Asset Pages Report. Generates a PDF file of the selected Assets using information from the visible columns, showing multiple Assets per page. Use the Choose Columns button to add or remove information from this report.
  • Asset Disposition Report: Generates a CSV file of all Assets, their Dispositions, Disposition notes, and the Transaction data associated with the Assets. This report can only be run within a Series/Feature.
    • The Asset Disposition Report is only available to users who have permission to upload ledgers.
