Use the Choose Columns button to surface the fields you want to view on the Asset Index.

Drag and drop columns into your preferred order and width.

Studio Managers and Studio Owners can use Studio Asset Search to find an Asset from any Project or Division in your Studio. Division Owners can find an Asset from any Project and/or their Division.

Series/Feature Owners and Division users can be granted permission to access Studio Asset Search, but they are only able to edit Assets within their Series/Feature or Division.

Pro Tip: Update the Disposition of Assets you have edit permission to on the Studio Asset Search! Check the box(es) in line with your Asset(s), click Add/Update, then click Disposition.

Note: Series/Feature Owners and Division users with the View Asset Search permission will be able to search all Assets at the Studio, however, they will only be able to view Asset Details for Assets owned by their Series/Feature/Division.

Viewing Unlimited Assets

You can choose to override the 2,500 Asset limit on any Asset Index. Using this setting may significantly impact load time, and we recommend using it only when necessary.

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top of the table.
  2. Slide the toggle to the right to view unlimited Assets.
  3. Click Confirm.
Note: You can either refresh the page or slide the toggle to the left and save to revert to the default setting.
