[Mobile] Actor Overview

Once Actors have been added to the production on the web app, you can view and edit all of their information on the mobile app.

Just like in the web app, Actors are shared across all active departments of your production. 

Note: Costume Sizes and Fitting Information are only seen by the Costume department. You must have access to the Costume department to view this information.

Viewing Actors

Access an Actor View page from the Actor Index

  1. Tap Home to go to the Home page.
  2. Tap Actors to view the Actor Index.
    1. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by Actor or Character name.
  3. Tap the Actor from the list.

Access an Actor View page from Universal Search

  1. Tap Search in the bottom navigation bar to access Universal Search.
  2. Type the name of the Actor you want to view or tap Actors to view all Actors in the production. 
  3. Tap the Actor from the search results.
Pro Tip: The Actor you are currently viewing is listed at the top of your screen. Use the previous and next buttons to quickly navigate to other Actors! 

Hair, Makeup, and Props

Details

The Details tab lists the Actor and corresponding Character(s), age, gender, and contact information (phone number and email). 

You can also view or edit department-specific notes for the Actor. 

Note: You must have permission to view Actor contact information. If you do not have this permission, speak to your Department Head.

Actor Info

This tab includes information such as an Actor’s allergies, hair and eye color, skin tone, piercings, tattoos, scars, and wig, hat, and ring sizes.

Note: Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist will also be displayed in this tab if you have access to either Department and have them selected in the Department Selector.

Costume

If you have access to the Costume Department and have it selected in the Department Selector, then the top navigation bar on an Actor View page has the following tabs: Details, Costume Sizes, and Actor Info. 

Details

The Details tab lists the Actor and corresponding Character(s), age, gender, costume fitting date and time (and any fitting notes), and contact information (phone number and email). 

You can also view or edit department-specific notes for the Actor. 

Costume Sizes

This tab displays information that includes the Actor’s height, weight, measurements, clothing sizes, etc.

Actor Info

This tab includes information such as an Actor’s allergies, hair and eye color, skin tone, piercings, tattoos, scars, and wig, hat, and ring sizes. 

Note: Any changes made on the Actor View page on the mobile app will be reflected in the web app once you sync all of your work, and vice versa.
