Accessing AssetHub on a Mobile Device

If you are using a mobile web browser, the functions remain the same but the site may display differently. As always, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser for the best experience.

Using a Tablet

When holding the tablet in landscape mode, the site will look the same as on a computer.

When holding the tablet in portrait mode, the top navigation bar options are found under the Menu icon on the top left.

Uploading Photos

To upload photos to a Transaction or Asset:

  1. Tap the + Photo button.
    1. Tap Take Photo to take a photo with the device's camera.
    2. Tap Photo Library to select a photo from your device's photo library.
    3. Tap Browse to choose from folders on your device.

Using a Mobile Phone

Mobile phone users see a condensed version of the site.

The top navigation bar options are found under the Menu icon on the top left.

If you need to reconcile Transactions or use the Bulk Buttons on either the Transaction or Asset Index, hold the phone in landscape mode. You may need to scroll to the right to see all information on the page.

    2. Tap Photo Library to select a photo from your device's photo library.
    3. Tap Browse to choose from folders on your device.
