Register for SyncOnSet

Welcome! 👋 If this is your first time using SyncOnSet, you can sign up for an account by heading to www.synconset.com.

As part of Entertainment Partners, SyncOnSet is integrated into the single sign-on for all EP products. We require an EP account to log in to our both our web app and mobile app.

If you already have an EP account with the same email address you are registering for SyncOnSet, your EP account will automatically link to your SyncOnSet account. If you do not yet have an EP account, registering for SyncOnSet will automatically create one.

Warning: When you register a new SyncOnSet account, you are automatically logged in to SyncOnSet. If you are looking to access AssetHub and see the My Productions page instead of AssetHub, log in with your credentials at assets.synconset.com.

Register for a SyncOnSet Account Without an Existing EP Account

  1. Click Register at the top of the SyncOnSet home page.
    1. If you accidentally click Login on the home page, click Register here on the login landing page.
  2. Enter your information in all the fields as specified. All fields are required. After this is complete, click Continue.
  3. On the Welcome to SyncOnSet page, enter your email address and click Continue.
  4. Check your email for a verification code. Enter the code and click Verify.
    1. Click Resend verification code if you did not receive a code or if your code is not accepted.
  5. Create a password for your EP account, and confirm it in the second box. The password must be a minimum of 9 characters, and include 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character, and cannot contain more than 3 sequential characters (1234, abcd, etc.). Click Continue.
  6. Enter your phone number. If needed, click the Country Code dropdown to the left of the text box to select the Country Code for your country. Click Verify.
  7. Read through the Terms and Conditions and click Continue to accept them.
  8. You will be sent a text message with a 6-digit one-time passcode. Enter the code and click Verify. If needed, you can resend the code after 45 seconds.
  9. On the Congrats page, click Continue.
  10. Input your email, EP password, authenticate and click Continue to log in to your My Productions page.

Register for a SyncOnSet Account With an Existing EP Account

You must register for SyncOnSet with the same email you use for your EP account to automatically link them.

  1. Click Register at the top of the SyncOnSet home page.
    1. If you accidentally click Login on the home page, click Register here on the login landing page.
  2. Enter your information in all the fields as specified. All fields are required. After this is complete, click Continue.
  3. Open the email you are sent and click the link to link your EP account. You must open the link in the same browser used when you registered your account.
  4. Click Login.
  5. Input your email address and click Continue.
  6. Input your EP password and click Sign In.
  7. Authenticate using your chosen authentication method to log in to your My Productions page.
