[Mobile] Adding and Removing Looks

Hair Looks and Makeup Looks that have already been added on the website will be available for you on the mobile app once you sync.

You can also add or remove Looks through the mobile app.

Adding Looks

Once Characters have been added to Scenes on the website, you can add Looks in the mobile app from a Scene View page or a Character View page.

Add Looks on a Scene View Page

  1. Tap Principals or Background in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Tap Add Hair Look or Add Makeup Look under a specific Character.
  3. Select an existing Look or enter a new Look name to create one.
  4. Enter any Scene Look Notes.
  5. Tap Add Photo to upload any photos.
  6. Tap Save.

Add Looks on a Character View Page 

  1. Tap Scenes in the top navigation bar.
  2. Tap Add Hair Look or Add Makeup Look under a specific Scene.
  3. Select an existing Look or enter a Look name to create a new one.
  4. Enter any Scene Look Notes. 
  5. Tap Add Photo to upload any photos.
  6. Tap Save.
Pro Tip: Use the Hair Look Index or Makeup Look Index on the Home page to see a list of Looks by Character. You can also tap Search on the bottom navigation bar and select Hair Looks or Makeup Looks to see a list of your Looks (max 10). You can also search within both lists to filter your results.  

Create Looks on the Looks Tab

Create a new Look without assigning it to a Scene on the Looks tab of the Character View page. Tap into a Character from a Scene View, find them on the Character Index, or search for them by tapping Search on the bottom navigation bar.

  1. Tap Hair Looks or Makeup Looks on the top navigation bar.
  2. Tap Add Look.
  3. If you are working on an episodic production set up traditionally, select an episode from the dropdown. Otherwise, skip this step.
  4. Enter a new Look name. You can also enter a description, if desired.
  5. Click Save.
Pro Tip: You can also edit Look names and add photos that automatically tag to the Character and Look on the Looks tab.

Removing Looks

Remove Looks on a Scene View Page

You can get to a Scene View page by tapping Search on the bottom navigation bar to search for a Scene or by selecting the Scene from the Scene Index.

  1. Tap Principals or Background in the top navigation bar.  
  2. Tap the Pencil icon next to the Look you want to remove.
  3. Tap the current Look name and select None from the dropdown menu.
  4. Tap Save. 

Remove Looks on a Character View Page 

You can tap into a Character anywhere you see one listed to access the Character View page, use the Character Index on the Home page, or tap Search on the bottom navigation bar to search for that Character.

  1. Tap Scenes in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Tap the Pencil icon next to the Look you want to remove.
  3. Tap the current Look name and select None from the dropdown menu.
  4. Tap Save.
