Wrap Box Index

It’s time to wrap! On this page, you can create, view, and edit Wrap Boxes. Select more than one department in the Department Selector to view Wrap Boxes for multiple departments at once. 

Hover over Inventory in the top navigation bar and click Wrap to get to your Wrap Box Index.

Note: The Wrap Box Index is only available to Costumes, Props, and Set Dec users. 

Creating Wrap Boxes 

  1. Click Add.
  2. Enter the Wrap Box information.
  3. Click Create to close the form or (+) to create and add another. 

Editing Storage Locations

Storage Locations can be created on the Inventory Index or the Wrap Box Index. Once they are created, you can edit them as needed.

  1. Click the Ellipsis at the top of the table. 
  2. Select Edit Storage Locations. 
  3. Click Add Storage Location if you would like to create a new one. 
  4. Edit Storage Locations as needed. 
  5. Click Done. 

Click the Trash Can icon next to a Storage Location to permanently delete it from your production. 

Editing Wrap Boxes 

To update more than one Wrap Box:

  1. Click Edit All.
  2. Make your edits. 
  3. Click Save. 

To update a single Wrap Box: 

  1. Click the Inline Ellipsis. 
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Make your edits. 
  4. Click Save. 

Select Delete after clicking the Inline Ellipsis to permanently delete a Wrap Box from your production. 

Searching/Filtering Wrap Boxes

Use the Search bar on the left hand side to filter the results on the Wrap Box Index. You can search by Box Number, Description, Storage Location, or Department. 

Pro tip: Use the Universal Search bar from any page of our web app to quickly find a Wrap Box.  

Exporting a Report 

You can generate a report of all your Wrap Boxes. This report is a master list of the visible information on the Wrap Box Index and will not include the contents of the boxes.

  1. Click the Ellipsis at the top of the table. 
  2. Click Export > and a CSV file will automatically download.
