Customizing Fields Within Departments

Studio Owners and Studio Managers can customize which fields are available to each department.

Adding a Field to a Department

  1. Click Settings (below Admin) in the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the Department you'd like to add the field to.
  3. Click the Gear icon next to the Department name.
  4. Click the orange (+) and choose your field from the dropdown.
    1. If you want to make this a required field, click the checkbox.
  5. Click Save

Removing a Field From a Department

  1. Click Settings (below Admin) in the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the Department you'd like to adjust.
  3. Click the Gear icon next to the Department name.
  4. Click the Trash Can icon in line with the field you want to remove.
  5. Click Remove in the pop-up.
