Bag Tags/Change Labels

Michelle Salatto Updated by Michelle Salatto

To print bag tags for all Characters at one time, or to print multiple Changes for a Character at one time, print from the Reports page. To print each Change’s bag tags individually, print from the Change View page.

Pro Tip: We recommend using the Chrome browser to print bag tags.

Printing with a DYMO LabelWriter

If using a DYMO LabelWriter, be sure to install the printer driver on your computer before proceeding. You can download it on the DYMO website by clicking Download beneath your operating system (Mac or Windows).

Note: Bag tag reports are not available on the mobile app and must be run from the web app. If you have a wireless printer, you can access the mobile website and print the tags over wi-fi.

  1. Click Reports in the top navigation bar.
  2. Scroll to the Change Reports section and look for Bag Tags for Label Writers.
  3. Click the All Characters dropdown to choose a specific Character or All Characters.
  4. Select the Front - Standard and the Back - Standard drop-down menus to choose the level of detail you want to print on each side of the tag.
  5. Click Generate Report.

A new tab will open where you can make print selections specific to your browser. See below for details on how to set up Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Pro Tip: Labels skipping a page when being printed out? Be sure your headers and footers are deselected in the print settings!

  1. Click the Sidebar Ellipsis.
  2. Click Print Bag Tags.
  3. Select the Front - Standard and the Back - Standard drop-down menus to choose the level of detail you want to print on each side of the tag.
  4. Click Generate Report.

Chrome Browser

  1. Select your DYMO printer as the Destination.
  2. Click the caret to open More Settings.
  3. Click the drop-down next to Paper Size and select 30256 Shipping (2 5/16" x 4" labels) or 30323 Shipping (2 1/8" x 4" labels). Recent Chrome/Dymo driver updates may have changed the options in your list. If so, select om w167h288.
  4. Make sure the box next to Headers and footers is unchecked.
  5. Click Print.
Note: If you find some information is cut off, adjust the margins. To do this, select Custom in the dropdown next to “Margins.” Set the margins using your cursor to drag the lines on the preview pane. We found success using 30256 Shipping as the paper size and setting the top margin to .5”, bottom margin to .46”, left margin to .011”, and right margin to 0. If these margins don’t work for you, adjust them to your liking.
